Position: Sales Support Administrator - Bo'ness, West Lothian
Rate: Up to £13.00p/h

An experienced Sales Support Administrator is currently being sourced to work within an IFA firm based in Bo'ness.

Job Requirements of the Sales Support Administrator:

- Requesting quotations (including using on-line facility) from product providers, processing and submitting new business for individual and group pensions, individual protection and investment (including onshore, offshore, ISAs and OEICs
- Dealing with administration issues of group pension arrangements in relation to renewals, new members, leavers and general adjustments
- Dealing with renewal of group death in service and income protection (PHI) schemes
- Dealing with post, email and telephone queries from clients and product providers

Person specification of the Sales Support Administrator:

- Aware of the compliance, money laundering and TCF standards required by an IFA firm
- Experience with a life company or IFA essential
- Good IT skills. A knowledge of Intelliflo or similar back-office system would be helpful but not essential

This is a temp role for a Sales Support Administrator paying up to £13.00 per hour with the possibility of temp - perm for the right candidate. This is a Monday - Friday role.
