Inbound Customer Service Advisors urgently required for an ongoing temporary opportunity to join a leading organisation based in Glasgow City Centre.

The successful applicants will be working within a progressive, established organisation and be responsible for dealing with high volume incoming calls, dealing with queries accordingly, updating internal systems and undertaking other ad hoc tasks when required.

Previous experience working within a similar role is essential coupled with good customer service and attention to detail skills.

Applicants will be available immediately or at short notice for temporary work.
