A market leading brand within Telecommunications is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their growing team. The role will support a leading Business Partner delivering core HR practice within a key business unit.

The role
- Coach and direct line managers in all HR solutions to help guide them and their teams
- Assist in the bi-yearly review of a defined area with in the Customer Services team.
- Analysis on a weekly and monthly basis of statistical and factual information, identifying trends and make recommendations
- Working with Training department to ensure that training programmes are up to date, relevant and being delivered in a timely manner.
- The role will involve some travel to different offices in the UK. This will be the equivalent to two days per week.
The person/requirements
- Ideally degree educated or equivalent. CIPD qualification, or someone studying towards CIPD, would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous experience of working in a blue chip organisation within a general HR role is essential
