Our Client a well respected Insurance Broker are currently seeking an Account Handler for their team in Glasgow. Salary completely negotiable dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities for the role of Account Handler:

To work with Account Executives and provide technical advice to Clients
Contribute to the formulation of the Service Plan, Reports, Presentations and any other Client documents etc
Communicate terms of settlement to Client, ensure premiums are debited and assist with maintenance of credit control standards
Comply with regulatory and other standards a
Identify improvements in Client risk and insurance programme design
Identify potential improvements in programme design for Clients
Negotiate renewal terms, mid term adjustments and cover extensions ·
Establish and develop effective working relationships with Insurers and where appropriate


Key skills required for role of Account Handler:

Previous experience within a similar role
Progression towards ACII would be advantageous
