A transfer agency associate is required for one of the world's largest fund managers, managing assets for institutional and private clients around the world. The role is based in London.


As a successful transfer agency associate, you will become an integral part of the team responsible for managing the range of services provided by the firm's strategic service providers - services include custody, fund accounting, and transfer agency.


The transfer agency associate role provides the primary day-to-day operational oversight for dealing, registration and servicing provided by the funds administrators and support for their relationship with the firm's business units. You will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of day to day operational queries, issues and incidents.


Experience of working in a large asset management firm is essential to ensure success at this role. You will demonstrate experience of working in a similar oversight function in another asset manager. Significant funds administration and/or transfer agency experience in a management position is required, and you will have a proven track recording in building and managing high performing operational processes.
