• Client Services Investigation Clerk - Docklands

• Docklands £28,000 - £33,000 p/a Permanent

An eminent Docklands-based global securities firm requires a client services investigation clerk to work within the client services team.

The team's role is to provide a superior front-line service to the firm's client base and to ensure that wherever possible the query is answered at source. Each team member will be responsible for the complete resolution of all queries they are dealing with and will be expected to pro-actively resolve them on daily basis to ensure the number of outstanding calls company wide is kept to a minimum.

On a daily basis the investigation clerk will be responsible for:
- Timely investigation and resolution of all day to day queries raised by the clients
- Booking all queries as and when they are received and informing the client of the call reference.
- Taking on calls allocated to them by the client service officers where applicable.
- Ensuring delivery of a consistently high service level to the clients.

The ideal candidate will have good financial services industry experience, can demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with clients.
