The varied role of Financial Reporting Controls Manager will include handling monthly/quarterly accounts (complying with US GAAP), review accounting policy compliance, manage monthly/quarterly SOX controls, drive process improvements, manage statutory to US GAAP, liaising with internal and external audit teams, oversee existing financial reporting processes, ensure controls are operating effectively, support the direction of the controllership strategy and framework, actively support the finance team

Skills & knowledge
- Ability to work within tight reporting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to analyse complex data
- Working knowledge of US GAAP

The ideal candidate would be from an insurance background
