Customer Service Advisors urgently required on an ongoing temporary basis, for our Client, a city centre Financial Services organisation.

The successful applicants will be working within a deadline driven team responsible for dealing with high volume incoming calls, dealing with queries accordingly, updating internal systems and other ad hoc tasks.

It is essential that you have previous call handling experience, enjoy working within a busy environment and have excellent customer service skills.

Applicants will ideally be available immediately or at short notice for temporary work.
