Our City Centre client is seeking a telephone dealer to work in their central Edinburgh office. This leading asset management and securities services company has been rated by its staff as a premier organisation to work for.

As part of this small team , you will be a pivotal member responsible for handling dealing orders from external and internal sources. These may be telephone or correspondence based. Building and maintaining an excellent knowledge of products and prices whilst continually building on this knowledge base. Managing settlements on behalf of European deals as well as adhering too all regulatory standards at all times

This is an excellent temporary opportunity for an individual who is willing to learn and who enjoys a challenge to join a fast paced team. Educated to degree or equivalent level, you will ideally have experience investment banking or wider financial services. In addition you will have an excellent telephone manner, experience in a dealing environment, taking and making deals as well as a good understanding of investment products. In this dealing role you will require to have knowledge of PEP's, ISA's and OEICs.
