This excellent opportunity for a Mailroom Assistant has arisen within a leading city centre law firm to undertake a 4 week holiday cover assignment commencing the end of April 08. This firm is very well respected and is based within highly modern offices in the city centre. This key role as Mailroom Assistant will see you working within an established team all reporting to the Mailroom Supervisor. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Mailroom Assistant to gain exposure within a leading law firm.
The key duties of this role includes photocopying & distributing back to the source, assembling plans/maps, deliver all incoming faxes/send faxes & keep an up-to-date log, ensuring all faxes/photocopiers are fully stocked with paper, assisting with a full range of mailroom duties and assist with any general ad hoc tasks. As Mailroom Assistant it essential that you have worked in this remit previously and are available to commit on an ongoing basis. Hours for this post are on a full time basis Monday to Friday
