A quality assurance officer is required for the UK's leading wealth manager, serving affluent, high net worth and intermediary clients worldwide, providing international and private banking, fiduciary services, investment management and brokerage. One role is based in Kent, and the other in London.


The customer relations team resolves regulatory complaints for the bank. This includes endowment, investment, pensions and any other type of regulated complaint.


The quality assurance officer will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of complaint handling across customer relations is in line with the firm's accreditation scheme.


The main responsibility of the role is to assess the quality of complaint handling across the firm's customer relation sites. They will provide technical support on a broad range of products, and be a referral point for complaint handlers.


The ideal candidate will have strong inter-personal skills, the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence across all levels. The right candidates should be highly self motivated and well organised, with an ability to show initiative and work under pressure to strict guidelines. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are expected, with a good understanding of group and FSA governance requirements.
