An excellent opportunity for a Fund Accounting Analyst (Associate/AVP), has arisen within a highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank. Our client is a leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise. A leader in Germany and Europe, the bank is continuously growing in North America, Asia, and key emerging markets.

The Fund Finance team is looking for a finance professional to join its global Finance and Operations team. The position will cover fund accounting and financial reporting responsibilities for the European region and will be located in London, U.K.

The key responsibilities for the Fund Accounting Analyst (Associate/AVP include:
-Preparation of quarterly and annual fund accounts and Investor Reporting
-Investor reporting - preparation of capital account statements, draw-down and distribution
notices
-Reconciliation and roll forward of investment positions
-Calculation and review of incentive fee/promote/carried interest, including review of fund model
-Drafting of footnotes - description of contingent liabilities, related party disclosures, foreign
exchange hedging
-Review of compliance with accounting policy - IFRS/US GAAP
-Preparation of quarterly management review pack, including analysis of income and expense
and balance sheet items.

Our client is seeking a candidate with an accounting qualification, MBA/professional qualification such as CPA /Post Graduate Degree along with experience in Controlling/Finance and Fund accounting experience in the real estate or private equity industries.
