A Business Oversight and Training Implementation Consultant is required to work within one of the largest investment companies in Edinburgh. Based in our client's city centre operation the Business Oversight and Training Implementation Consultant will be responsible for assisting in rolling out a new technical training objective to the whole Transfer Agency operation. The role will involve going out into the business, learning the processes, and duly writing up training modules which the incumbent will then be involved in the delivery of.

Responsibilities of the Business Oversight and Training Implementation Consultant:

- Develop training modules to be rolled out across the business as part of the Learning Wheel
- Assist in managing the project in accordance with the plan and ensure completion of deliverables and timelines with all relevant stakeholders
- Assist to arrange and monitor the delivery of critical technical training courses by the relevant resources (including the maintenance of a central training record)

Background for the Business Oversight and Training Implementation Consultant:

- Candidates from a strong investment banking operations background ideally at Supervisory, Team Leader and Team Manager level
- Competent in the day to day operational processes utilise within an investment organisation
- A candidate interested in moving towards an L & D role
- Good IT skills

This is a 6 month contract for a Business Oversight and Training Implementation Consultant, with the possibility of extension, paying up to £30,000 per annum. This is a Monday - Friday role.
