A customer relations team manager is required for the UK's leading wealth manager, serving affluent, high net worth and intermediary clients worldwide, providing international and private banking, fiduciary services, investment management and brokerage.
The role is based in Kent.
The customer services department resolves regulatory complaints for the wealth manager. These will include endowment, investment, pensions and any other type of regulated complaint.
The customer relations team manager will lead and manage the day-to-day operation, own and improve processes as well as being responsible for the development of a high performance team executing at speed and within specified timescales in compliance with regulatory parameters. The team manager will energise, challenge and lead an effective complaint review team with an exceptional service delivery and dynamic culture across the team.
