A leading provider of training and learning solutions has a need for a new Head of HR. The organisation has enjoyed rapid growth over the last couple of years and is now seeking to appoint its first senior HR professional. Supported by an HR Coordinator, the focus of the role will be to manage current procedures and policies while helping to develop the function as the business grows.
This is a varied managerial role, where you are required to be strategic as well as hands-on. The main responsibilities are as follows:
- To develop and implement an HR Strategy across the company
- To ensure the legal compliance with regards to employees in all the international locations
- To implement and continue to evolve HR processes and procedures
- To help extend and consolidate the Organisational Development plan
- Introduce, develop and monitor a performance management framework
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and CIPD qualified. You will have experience of working across all areas of a business and have a track record of strategic decision making.
As the role develops you will have the responsibility of growing the team around you and having real influence on how the organisation is driven forward.
