Our client, a market leading Financial Services organisation based in the city centre of Glasgow currently have a superb temporary opportunity from an experienced call handler to join their expanding account opening team.

Taking large volumes of incoming calls from existing customers you will assist individuals open a variety of different accounts. This involves providing a dedicated customer service, keeping the database up to date and taking notes on the system.

Always looking to put the customer first you will have excellent communication, reasoning and customer service skills and be able to talk to individuals at all levels.

You would either work 8.00am - 4.30pm or 9.00pm - 6.30pm Monday to Friday on this ongoing temporary assignment.
