A private placements arranger is required for a prestigious international financial securities provider. The role is based in London.


The structured business team provides various structured products, mainly to Japanese investors. The private placement team arranges MTN transactions for Japanese and non-Japanese issuers.


The main purpose of the role is to arrange structured notes for the private placement team. Your key responsibilities will focus on arranging the structured notes for the Japanese investors, and the preparation and co-ordination of certain aspects of the documentation e.g. Confirmations.


The role requires you to be bi-lingual in Japanese and English; excellent written Japanese skills are essential. A basic understanding of derivative products and debt markets is required. You will desirably have previous work experience within the financial sector and are FSA registered.
