Learning and Development Analyst - Docklands - London Up to £150.00 per day

One of the largest Banking and Financial Services Organisations in the world are looking for a Learning and Development Analyst.
The primary purpose of the Learning & Development Analyst is to support the development and execution of the L&D Strategy, duties will include survey management, analysis, action planning and implementation, to support L&D Managers and Senior Managers on programme and business projects and workstreams, including project management, data gathering and analysis (quantitative and qualitative), developing insights, developing presentations and reports, producing training and communications materials, workshop/ presentation delivery, supplier management, and managing event logistics
The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and have prior experience in L&D or HR project management or relationship management roles gained within a professional or financial services environment and should be available for an immediate start.
