Role:

- Develop reward design solutions and lead smaller or less complex projects
- Balances sometimes conflicting customer demands within design rationale
- Supports innovation and implementation of changes in reward policies

Person:

- High level of numeracy, basic statistical knowledge
- Data analysis, manipulation and diagnostic skills
- Proven project management and consultancy skills
- Evidence of ability to apply business and reward knowledge to shape solutions
- Experience and competent application of job evaluation and slotting techniques
- Sound understanding across a range of reward specialisms
- Competent user of all Microsoft Office programs, especially data manipulation and presentation tools
