To develop fit for purpose reward solutions through leadership of complex and/or group wide reward projects which add value to customers or to group initiatives

Role:

- Leads project team to deliver large, complex reward projects
- Develops innovative reward design solutions under general direction
- Drives innovation and changes in reward policy
- Contributes to broad based projects

Person:

- Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of the reward strategy
- Ability to interpret complex data, drawing out key issues and themes
- Proven project management and consulting experience within a complex business environment
- Depth of knowledge across a broad range of reward specialisms
- Expertise in one or more areas of reward policy
- Competent user of all Microsoft Office programs, especially presentation tools
