• Derivatives Administrator - Docklands

A derivatives administrator is required for the world's leading provider of financial services to institutional investors including investment servicing, investment management and investment research and trading.


Reporting to an assistant manager, this position is an opportunity, for a suitable candidate, to gain exposure to all OTC derivative types, to gain invaluable knowledge on the valuation of these OTC products and to be involved in the development of an expanding team.


The derivative administrator is responsible for the daily accounting function and in providing pre and post analytics for OTC instruments. Specific duties include daily pricing of OTC derivatives, ensuring the accuracy of the derivative prices used in NAV calculation, and trade reconciliation.


An IAQ or its equivalent would be preferable for this role. Knowledge of OTC derivative products (interest rate swaps, total return swaps, credit default swaps, etc.) would be advantageous, but are not prerequisite.
