Leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise is seeking the services of an enthusiastic and dynamic Helpdesk Analyst with excellent customer service skills.

This role will involve provision of online and telephone support for clients using the internet banking system, advising new users how to use the products, taking calls, resetting passwords & user id's. You will also be setting up & closing accounts, liaising with relationship managers on a daily basis, ordering equipment for clients and stock, arranging for goods to be couriered. When required you will assist in a migration project currently running. Within this roll there will a reasonable amount of customer contact

You must have previous banking payments experience with excellent customer service skills. You will demonstrate an excellent eye for attention to detail. It would advantageous for you to have MS Office technical skills predominately within the internet based products.
