• Reconciliations Controls Team Leader - City

A reconciliations controls team leader is required by an eminent international asset management house. The role is based in London.


The team leader will manage the controls team responsible for ensuring the auto-reconciliation process is functioning effectively to deliver comprehensive, timely and accurate reporting. They will enhance workflow efficiencies through system optimisation, as well as support and resolve prompt exception remediation at source.


You will ensure stringent controls are in place to restrict and manage operational risk, and manage the accuracy and continuity of data within the reconciliation and workflow systems.


Excellent leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team are prerequisite for this role. You will demonstrate a strong understanding and awareness of risk, as proven through your excellent previous management experience. An in-depth knowledge of asset management and banking is required.
