• IMS Operations Manager - Head of Asset Servicing - Docklands

• Docklands £70,000 - £90,000 p/a Permanent

An investment management services operations manager is required, to become the head of asset servicing at the world's leading provider of financial services to institutional investors including investment servicing, investment management and investment research and trading. The role is based in the London Docklands.


As head of asset servicing, you will undertake day to day management of the functional teams responsible for the overall asset servicing delivery to two of our key strategic investment management clients, in addition to deputising for the head of UK operations to whom this role reports.


The individual will have direct functional responsibility for data management, corporate actions administration, income administration, and derivatives administration, via management of a large team of staff located in London.


The individual will be responsible for developing the operating model for these teams, to facilitate further growth within the investment manager outsourcing business.


The role demands extensive management experience within an investment management middle / back office or an outsourced operation. You will demonstrate good knowledge of derivative administration specifically OTC instruments, and show an ability to view the more strategic landscape and arrive at decisions with a balanced view.
