• European Note Issurance - Operations Specialist - Docklands

An operations specialist is required for European note issuance within one of the world's largest and forerunning international investment banks. The role is based in the London Docklands.


The European note issuance group supports all issuances for the bank. With extensive interface between several key areas of the bank, this group provides employees with the opportunity to work in a crucial division of the bank, as well as learn more about the investment bank on the whole.


Main duties and responsibilities will focus on the set up of new products, internally and externally, the settlement itself and all life cycle events. You will perform reconciliation between internal and external systems, and coordinate between front office, middle office, legal and external agent banks.


Alongside your strong educational background, you will also be expected to have good settlement and reconciliation experience, with attention to detail and high accuracy. Sensitivity to control and ability to address risk are key attributes to possess for this role.
