Team Secretary within Insurance - City - London - £35k
An experienced Team Secretary is required for a large Insurance company, based in the heart of the City.
The successful candidate will be providing Secretarial support to the Senior Underwriters and a
small team. You must have previous experience of supporting a large team. You must
be able to work well under pressure and remain calm at all times.
Main task and responsibilities:
To act as a first point of contact for both internal and external clients
To produce accurate correspondence
To provide a complete administration service to the Underwriters
To provide a time management service for the Underwriters to ensure effective use of their time;
To book meetings, seminars and conferences
To proactively manage diaries, including arranging internal/external meetings and booking venues
To take full responsibility for the organisation of the administrative function for the Underwriting Team
Taking minutes
Personal Administration as directed by the Underwriters
The successful Team Secretary should have proven experience of working within a similar industry and experience of supporting a large team.
