A loan operations/trade support professional is required by an investment advisory firm that specializes in high yield bonds, private equity, and distressed debt. The firm has blue-chip institutional clientele, and the role is based in London.



The individual will be responsible for providing loan operations and trade support to the fund managers as well as the timely and accurate receipt and processing of trades and cash for both high yield bonds and syndicated loans.



Responsibilities include reviewing, processing and maintaining loan documents for closings, aiding with cash management and corporate actions; including debits and credits and the reconciliation of cash and trade positions, and coordinating with trade counterparties to receive and review par loan trade documentation.



Good experience in closing par loans, including reviewing par/near par loan trading documentation, is required. You should demonstrate familiarity with par/near par loan trading market convention and a proven ability to read and interpret credit agreements.



The successful candidate will have outstanding initiative and follow-up, a strong work ethic, and be detail-oriented.
