Graduate Recruitment Administrator - City - London £25,000.00 per annum

A leading Law firm , based in the City is seeking an experienced Graduate Recruitment Administrator to join them immediately.
As a part of team of 5, the Graduate Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for supporting the graduate recruitment team, dealing with marketing materias, using online recruitment system to process candidates through the various stages of their application, booking interviews, collating reference information, collating information packs, organising various events, both internal briefings and presentations and external social events, maintaining accurate files of candidate details and scanning relevant information onto the system, assisting in campus planning activities - booking law fairs and other campus events etc, general diary management for the graduate recruitment team, general correspondence - joining instructions, contractual letters and any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Knowledge of Windows 2000, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint is highly desirable. Similar previous experience is required, gained within a professional or financial services environment and you must be available for an immediate start.
