Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum pro rata

Our client, a prestigious Investment Management Firm is currently sourcing an Institutional Sales Support Consultant to work on a new contract. The Institutional Sales Support Consultant will be required to provide support to institutional sales team by assisting them, developing strong relationships with consultants, selling effectively to prospects and increasing brand awareness & press copy into institutional market.

Requirements of the Institutional Sales Support Consultant:

- Get to know both research and client facing consultants and become another first point of contact to allow more selling time
- Arrange senior contact development programme
- Meet and get to know key prospects
- Manage the prospect pipeline to ensure necessary follow up actions taken
- Co-ordinate/manage data requests and meetings
- Develop programme to deliver added value information into the market

Person specification for the Institutional Sales Support Consultant:

- Strong financial services sales background, ideally from investments
- Strong understanding of the marketing processes found in an investment house
- Confident communicator - in person and on the telephone
- Good IT skills

This is a 10 - 12 month contract for an individual to work as an Institutional Sales Support Consultant paying £22 - 25k. This is a Monday - Friday position.
