An Emerging Markets FMA is required for a leading global asset management firm, based in London.


For the right candidate, the role has genuine potential for personal and professional development. The role involves working within the Emerging Markets FMA team, dealing with a large number of diverse portfolios. The team executes a variety of strategies involving the use of cash equities, futures, options, notes, currency hedging and swaps.


Working closely with the Global Emerging Market Fund Managers, you will Update models and place trades for daily cash flows and Fund strategies across all funds. You will be Monitoring trade positions and stop losses. You will also Monitor, adjust and roll currency positions - instructing FX trades.


We require a high calibre, motivated individual, with an Interest and enthusiasm in investment management and markets, and the experience to back this up. Familiarity with operational procedures, especially with respect to dealing across Global Emerging Markets - including various country specific irregularities is required. Knowledge of futures and options trading/administration as well as currency hedging is beneficial.
