A Head of Operational Product Support is required for the Portfolio Services of an eminent London-based global asset management company, which manages impressive assets on behalf of institutional and retail investors, financial institutions and high net worth clients from around the world.
The Portfolio Services department in London provides the firm's global client base a range of portfolio services from post deal execution through to client reporting and performance measurement. Services are provided directly to the clients and to the investment and distribution divisions within the firm.
This is a new role being created to lead and coordinate the development of portfolio support services to meet the demands of complex and demanding new products.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that the requirement of new products are met through robust scalable systems and processes balancing the service requirements, risk management and cost efficiency demands. This role is a developmental one providing a broad range of exposure to the business/product development processes and to the breadth of portfolio services support functions.
The successful candidate will already have gained strong derivatives knowledge (both Exchange traded and OTC) and will be looking to apply this knowledge in a dynamic business environment. You must have worked at a high level within a derivatives operations role, experience of change management is also required. Good networking (relationship management, influencing, team building) skills are vital.
