A Global Custodian based in Docklands are looking for a PMO Team Administrator to join the organisation. This company specialise in providing asset servicing solutions and asset management to both institutional and personal clients. The delivery and services to this client base is supported through a network of offices around the globe.

This is a PMO and team administration role, covering Transfer Agency, Global Investment and Securities Lending environments. The team is an EMEA-based IT division providing support and development for all applications utilised in the aforementioned environments.

The role will have the responsibility of interacting with business areas, maintaining documentation, division reporting and personnel organisation. The role also includes the preparation and review of project plans, status reporting and other team based deliverable production.

As the PMO Team Administrator you will be responsible for;
-Determines timetables and monitors progress toward completion of projects/activities
-Interviews and collects data from internal partners (IT and business) and clients. Analyzes and recommends improvement plans
-Gathers facts, defines problems, and prepares documentation regarding governance, processes and procedures within a business unit(s)
-Prepares written documentation to support project status and decisions. Writes procedures and trains staff on new processes and/or systems

Ideally the successful candidate will have Lotus Notes and associated Lotus databases (essential), MS Project (essential), Excel, Word, Sharepoint, and Windows knowledge.
