This world leading global financial services company, offering clients financial advice in all aspects of investment banking, private banking and asset management seek a multi talented Operations Senior Analyst.
The role is to provide support in Derivative Operations for Credit Derivative transactions eligible to be matched via DTCC. DTCC is an industry wide application and an initiative taken by all 14 Major Dealers, including this investment bank to provide services to strengthen operational risk management and create efficiency in the Credit Derivatives Market for confirmation matching. The application matches trade confirmations between counterparts, according to the defined matching rules within DTCC Deriv/serv. There will be exposure and assistance required on specific projects related to both DTCC and internal systems architecture and the enhancements required to achieve higher Straight through processing capabilities.

*Liaise with front office, middle office and other Operations departments, to ensure the timely resolution of trade queries.
*Management of alleged trades to the firm, seek resolution in a risk free timeframe
*Organize and priorities daily workload in line with client needs.
*Understand and maintain Control procedures and functions in adherence to company policy.
*Provide a high level of service to internal and external clients to maintain and build upon the reputation of the team and recognize the firms position of being number one on the street.
*Manage/organize/attend client meetings/lock-ins in an effort to build strong relationships and drive down out standings as reported to our regulators.
*Be proactive in self- training utilizing all available tools.

The ideal person will have a proven investment background in Trade Support or settlements. You must have an understanding of the trade process from front to back.
