50,000 to 55,000 plus benefits plus bonus

Top tier Private Bank seeks an accomplished HR Business Partner with previous experience of looking after a challenging financial services client group, ideally including Risk, Finance and Investment Management.

Particular projects will focus on Reward and on building international capability in a period of sustained growth for the firm.

This requires proven stakeholder management skills as you will report into Executive and 'Group Head of' Level.

Role:

- Identify trends and initiate projects across the full spectrum of HR activity
- Maximise the potential of the human resource within a strategic context
- Initiate and influence change programmes
- Successfully deliver high quality HR activity to the business
- Drive the implementation of both HR and organisational initiatives

Person:


- Matrix and project management experience plus business facing HR experience
- Ability to work in a new and adapting consultancy/matrix based structure
- Experience of working for a global brand
- International experience is preferred, especially relating to projects
