A senior trade support administrator is required for an eminent asset management house, based in London.


The role focuses on processing the administration of security and cash transactions from the dealing to settlement stages, therefore providing administrative support to fund managers; central dealing; brokers; clients; third party administrators and operations.


Principal accountabilities will be to ensure all securities trades are reflected on the principal systems accurately and timely. You will ensure timely advice to brokers of trade allocations and bookings to enable confirmations to be issued and trade matching/settlement process to begin. You will be responsible for the investigation and processing of exceptions.


Experience of major instrument types (equities, fixed interest) is required, and you will ideally be have solid experience of securities settlements or trade support.
