A leading investment banking is offering a great opportunity for a Compliance Disclosures Analyst to make disclosures in compliance with law in various jurisdictions, and monitor existing live disclosures for changes in position. You would need to be au-fait with the various disclosures requirements in the EMEA region (Transparency Directive, Companies Act, Takeover Panel and Trading Exchanges), take responsibility for the completion of the process to reconcile transaction and position data in preparation for disclosure notices, take responsibility for the preparation and completion of disclosure letters, become familiar with disclosure requirements for jurisdictions under the control of PRG EMEA, assist the team head in raising profile of PRG through a high standard of communication with Compliance, Legal and business. Also, to become fully familiar with complex products traded by the bank and their impact on disclosures, to contribute to the local PRG projects run by London project management team. Contribute fully to the day to day disclosure and investigation work through use of IT systems. Make pro-active suggestions for the improvement of the systems and data used by the team. Familiarity with The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to the EU Transparency Directive, UK Companies Act or Takeover Panel disclosure requirements, and compliance in general.
