Senior HR Manager - Docklands, London £200.00 - 300.00 per day

An excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Manager has arisen at a Leading Global Retail Bank based in the Docklands to start immediately.
As a Senior HR Manager, duties will include co-ordination with line management/HR teams, identify blockages and ensure deadlines are met or renegotiated, guide business in the management of annual compensation reviews and of proposals for salary adjustments and bonuses, use data to analyse proposals, understand market complexities and effect recommendations for reward mechanisms and supporting metrics, Support the Global Head of HR via activity for the HR function, actively involved in senior hires identification of talent including interviewing, advice to the business on compensation and structuring packages and writing recruitment proposals, work with the business area to manage the performance management process
You will have similar experience gained within a corporate or financial services environment and be available for an immediate start.
