An EMEA Administrator is being sourced to work for a well known investment custodian based in Edinburgh. The EMEA Administrator will be responsible for the collection of income from our sub-custodian network, reconciliation of the collected funds and onward transmission to client accounts. The role will involve a wide range of interaction with our various sub custodians across the Europe, Middle East and African region and various operational teams in Quincy, UK and India.

The responsibilities of the EMEA Administrator include:

- Perform reconciliation of income payments received from sub custodian to mainframe system.
- Research and resolution of client enquiries.
- Identification and resolution of tax discrepancies.
- Ensure all nostro and suspense breaks are kept within the set standards.
- Reconcile income due on client stock loan positions and ensure claims match our outstanding amounts in suspense account.

The EMEA Administrator should have:

- Previous financial services experience, ideally investments
- Good reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and numerically aware
- Good systems and IT skills

This is a temp role for an EMEA Administrator paying up to £10.00 per hour with the strong possibility of a perm placement for the right candidate. This is a Monday - Friday position.
