HR Business Partner, Docklands - London Up to £500 per day
A HR Business Partner is required by a leading global financial services company based in the Docklands to start immediately.
Our client offers financial advice in all aspects of investment banking, private banking and asset management.
This position requires an experienced senior HR Business Partner, duties will include talent planning/succession planning, execution and management of alternative sourcing models and the programmes associated including outsourcing, deployment, near-shoring and staff augmentation, work with the Recruitment team to attract world-class talent with a focus on diversity, actively manage the retention of the top tier performers, manage the annual Performance Management Process, Human Capital Portfolio Management process, Promotions and Compensation processes, ensure compliance with all requirements, both legal, policy and bank values, providing support to line clients in such areas as recruitment, compensation, benefits, diversity, learning & organisational development, immigration/visa issues and international relocation management, project management of various HR initiatives and special projects, partner with the wider Shared Services HR groups on process improvement, policy development and change management cross-functionally.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who possess broad based HR Generalist experience to a management level within the investment banking or financial services industry and is desirably CIPD Qualified.
