Joslin Rowe are currently looking to hire a number of individuals to work within a fast paced Client Services department for a world-leading custodian. Our client, based in Edinburgh City Centre, is looking to recruit a number of candidates to work in their client services department.

The successful candidate will join an established team of qualified and experienced client service administrators specialized in providing advise and administrative support to IFA's and clients. The main responsibility of this client services administrator role will be the taking and handling of enquiries from investors and IFAS, which must be dealt with in a professional and timely manner. You must be able to provide your clients with accurate and up to date information as and when necessary.

This is a great temporary opportunity to work in a busy team and have fantastic exposure into dealing with IFAS and clients on investment related issues. In house training will be provided but the successful applicant must have previously worked within financial services for a minimum of 6 months or strong administration skills. Rufus systems experience is preferable but not essential and ideally the candidate will have both dealing and mutual funds experience.

This role will be for a minimum of 5 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. This role will pay between £8.00 and £9.00 an hour, working a 35 hour week, with the possibility of over-time.
