A Global Asset Management organisation based in the City are looking for a Data Management Administrator to join the organisation.

The data information that is stored on DDW is used to supplement existing records held within investment teams, compliance and client service areas within the company.

All static data duties performed by this team, services the needs of products held as direct investments within Institutional and Pooled Funds, and products held indirectly as index constituents.

The objective of this role is to support all forms of asset creation, daily and month end price collection and validation in addition to daily and month end analytics.

As the Data Management Administrator you will be responsible;
-Maintaining all asset (products) records, directly held investments and assets held as index constituents.
-Performing daily due diligence analysis, utilising various exception reports.
-Daily and month end price collection and validations.
-Provision of pricing data at month end to support reporting production for existing clients/custodians.

Ideally the successful candidate will have the following;
-A knowledge of fixed income and all derivative instrument types would be advantageous.
-Use of Excel to intermediate level preferred.
