This large American Investment Bank are looking for an experienced Desk Assistant to take their career to the next level.

The team supports a wide range of global clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of 5 n the trading floor including Managing Director's, Executive Directors, Vice President's and Associate's.

This key role will see you dealing with complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transfers, visa's and foreign currency, diary management for the whole team with constant changes, processing expenses, answering the dealer board, arrange meetings and conference calls and arrange team and client events.

In a role anticipated to grow, you will work closely with your team quickly becoming a valued member.
