A Global Custodian based in Docklands are looking for a Income Query Analyst to join the organisation. This company specialise in providing asset servicing solutions and asset management to both institutional and personal clients. The delivery and services to this client base is supported through a network of offices around the globe.

Working within Global Operations - London Quality Assurance Income Team. This role ideally requires previous banking experience within Income / Tax Operations as experience within these fields will be advantageous.
The role will involve working as part of a team of 6 and be responsible for dealing with client driven enquiries. The role will involve dealing with queries promptly and efficiently, analysing and evaluating root causes, working closely with colleagues within different areas of the business and providing an excellent client service.

As the Income Query Analyst you will be responsible for
-Ensuring same day turnaround on all queries received.
-Ensuring appropriate priority levels are applied to key clients.
-Identifying and resolving issues, or escalating to Team Manager where required.
-Maintain data for collation and provision of MIS.
