This excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Equity Derivatives Documentation analyst has arisen with one of the worlds premier investment banks.

As one of the world's leading wealth management, capital markets and advisory companies, with offices in 40 countries and territories you will become a major part of the Equity Documentation team.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

*Drafting and reviewing of confirmations issued primarily under ISDA using 2000 & 2006 ISDA Definitions, 1996 and 2002 Equity Derivatives Definitions
*Confirmation range covers: drafting of confirmations, full and partial unwinds, add-ons, amendments, novations and master confirmations.
*Product range to include: single index/single stock options, share/index basket options, single share forwards, call spreads and collars; swaps on futures, single stock/index swaps, share basket/index basket swaps, interest rate swaps, cross currency swaps and exotic trades.
*Liaise with London traders, global marketers, inter-office (HK, Tokyo, NY, FFT, Zurich and Dublin), legal counsel and clients.
*Ensure documentation is sent out and executed in accordance with targets and as per procedures

You must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of ISDA terms, their application and adaptation to accommodate trade structures. You will also have the ability to demonstrate product knowledge to review trade bookings and analyse potential problems. You must have proven experience of dealing with both traders and marketers.
