• Client Relationship Manager - London

A Client Relationship Manager is required for one of the world's largest global investors. The role is based in London.


The Institutional Clients team services the large to medium sized clients offering a mixture of bespoke and standardised services according to need. The Client Manager is intended to be the primary contact for the client's pensions manager, administrators and junior investment consultants.


Key Responsibilities will revolve around the written and verbal responses to clients' and consultants' day-to-day enquiries. You will write and collate client quarterly and annual reports including performance reporting. You will also have responsibility for providing data on clients internally and externally and ensuring information within the firm's databases is up to date.


The role requires a solid grounding in risk management as it relates to minimising the risk of operating errors. You will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of a broad range of investment products and their application for institutional investors, particularly UK pension schemes. Knowledge of LDIs and understanding of transitions would be a distinct advantage.
