HR GENERALIST , Docklands - London £18.00 - 22.00 Per Hour

A HR GENERALIST is required by a Global financial services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services based in the Docklands to start immediately.
This is a maternity cover and an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with the business on a range of interesting and challenging initiatives.
The HR GENERALIST duties will include building and maintaining strong relationships , providing guidance on all aspects of people management, working proactively with the business on recruitment at all levels.
This role will also include ensuring the year end exercise for performance pay and reward is completed in conjunction with global compensation and data teams.
You will also be expected to advise managers and employees on mobility and international transfer issues.
Ideally you will you will have proven HR experience within a corporate blue chip environment and CIPD preferred but not essential.
