An exceptional Investment Operations Manager is required by a premier Fund Management firm based in Edinburgh city centre. The firm has a sizeable presence in the UK and has the financial strength and global reach of working as part of a wider group. As part of their continued growth and development an opportunity has arisen within their Operations department for a talented individual to manage the team responsible Settlements, Corporate Actions, Proxy Voting and FX Services. This key leadership role will see the successful applicant supervising and monitoring direct reports, managing risk within the area and representing operations on company wide initiatives/process improvements. The Senior Management team have worked hard to create a working atmosphere which encourages open communication and team spirit and an important element of the role will be to ensure this continues. For this important appointment our client is looking for a credible Investment Operations professional with knowledge of the investment trade cycle and global market regulations and practices. Strong team management and staff development experience essential.
