The retail division of this global is looking for a talented OD / Change professional to join its admired HR function.

Experience of delivering cultural change within a customer centric model inhouse is essential.

Role:

- Carry out organisational development and change consultancy assignments
- Design of approaches for organisational diagnostics, organisational design, development and change work - Senior and Executive team development and M&A activity
- Design, deliver and evaluate educational events on organisational design, development and change
- Partner with preferred suppliers, HR and the Business to deliver projects
- Produce project proposals that demonstrate understanding of client needs and organisational issues
- Manage projects and assignments to deliver on time, to budget and to professional standards

Person:

- Experience of working as an Organisational Consultant internally within an organisation
- Experience of managing a range of consultancy assignments
- Experience of project planning, educational design and delivery
- Experience of coaching senior people and peers in organisational theory and development and change
- Experience of large scale change projects
- Knowledge of organisational theory, including how people and organisations change
- Organisational data analysis, and diagnostic skills including building working hypotheses
- Consultancy skills: client relationship management, negotiating and planning action
- Knowledge of adult and Group learning methods
