Fast expanding Bank seeks a talented HR professional to consider the employee proposition and articulate this to new and existing employees and ensure a positive experience.

This is an interesting role as requires delivery projects through others and touches on all aspects of HR throughout the Group.

The ideal candidates should ideally have a generalist background with a knowledge of European business practices gained within a blue chip environment.

Role:

- Delivery of an Employer Brand programme
- Development of a world class Employer Brand (internal and external), brand values associated with this and the employment proposition ensuring there is a fit with wider Group HR strategy
- Ensure the appropriate diagnostics, design, delivery and measurement is in place to enable improved employee retention and engagement
- Undertake and utilise internal and external research to develop and build employee satisfaction thereby building an external reputation
- Identify key areas of the employee and candidate experience which requires alignment to Brand
- Ensure appropriate balance of global/local governance is in place to drive best value for the group
- Act as deputy for Group Head of Employer Branding

Person:

- Proven success in delivering Employment Branding internationally for a blue chip company
- Strong influencing and senior stakeholder management skills
- Ability to programme manage cross divisions/geographic boundaries

This is an influential role at a time when the organisation is growing very quickly and provides access to senior management.
