• Equities BUC Product Controller - London

This excellent opportunity for a Equities BUC Product Controller has arisen within a highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank. Our client advises clients, provide finance and supply liquidity. Their activities range from helping clients raise capital and execute their most strategic moves to offering straightforward loans, structured finance or delivering asset liability driven transactions.

The Business Unit Control Capital Markets supports the trading and sales businesses across FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities), Equity Products & Derivatives and Credit Derivatives.

The key responsibilities for the Equities BUC Product Controller include:
-Daily production of performance reports for several trading desks of the Capital Markets area
including structured products
-Analysis and commenting of valuation comparison results
-Developing performance calculations based on specific trading strategies
-Support of trading units with representation of products / strategies within front office systems
-Actively participating in projects to further strengthen and develop our systems and processes
-Analysis of balance sheet data and reconciliations
-Supporting the business in the marketing and execution of bespoke structured trades/products

Our client is seeking a candidate who is part qualified/finalist accountant with Product Control experience within an Investment Banking environment and a good knowledge of Capital Markets products and valuation approaches from relevant job experience
